Welcome to HanapGawa! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HanapGawa mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service") operated by HanapGawa ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

HanapGawa is a platform that connects customers seeking home repair and maintenance services with skilled workers in the Philippines. Our Service includes:

• A marketplace to find and hire skilled workers (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, welders, aircon mechanics, etc.)
• Messaging features to communicate with workers
• Booking and scheduling tools
• Rating and review systems

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. User Types

Customers: Users who seek services from skilled workers. Customers can browse worker profiles, send messages, book services, and leave reviews.

Workers: Users who offer their skills and services. Workers must complete a verification process, including submitting a valid government ID, before being approved to offer services on our platform.

4. Worker Verification

All workers must undergo a verification process that includes:

• Submission of valid government-issued identification
• Profile review by our admin team
• Approval before being visible to customers

We reserve the right to reject or revoke worker status at our discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Payments and Transactions

HanapGawa facilitates connections between customers and workers. Payment terms, pricing, and transactions are agreed upon directly between customers and workers. We are not responsible for:

• Payment disputes between users
• Quality of work performed
• Pricing negotiations

7. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews and ratings for completed services. Reviews must be:

• Honest and based on actual experiences
• Free from offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Not fraudulent or misleading

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HanapGawa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

HanapGawa is a platform that connects users. We do not employ the workers listed on our platform and are not responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of services provided
• The accuracy of worker profiles or customer requests
• Any disputes between users
• Any damages arising from the use of our Service

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
